Bungalows: Booking Conditions

• A donw payment of 30% (by bank transfer) of the total amount of your stay will be required to confirm your booking (indicating the name or reservation number). The remaining amount must be paid on the day of your arrival at the campsite (preferably in cash if it is less than one thousand euros).
• The reservation is personal and non-transferable, any change must be notified as soon as possible.
• The numbering of the accommodation is assigned by the reservations department according to availability and internal organization, so a specific number of bungalow cannot be guaranteed, although we will take note of your preferences.
• Entrance: from 15:00 h. to 22:30 h.
• Departure: before 11:00 h. (in low season before 12:00h.).
• Late check out: check availability and rates upon arrival at the campsite (only available in low season).
• The maximum capacity of the bungalow may NOT be exceeded in any case. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the advance payment will be lost.
• CLEANING. Accommodations must be delivered as found it by check in, with clean kitchenware, garbage removed, empty refrigerator, sheets and towels deposited in the shower tray.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalows, it is only allowed on the porch.
• Bed linen and towels are included. Changes are offered for stays of 5 nights or more.
• Only one vehicle will be allowed per bungalow. Additional vehicles must be paid according to the current rate.
• The Management reserves the right to request from the client on arrival a credit card number or  100€ cash, as a deposit  to cover any damage or lack of cleaning.
• The use of the campsite identification bracelet is mandatory throughout your stay.
• ANIMALS are NOT allowed in the bungalows/cabins or their surroundings.
• VISITS are not allowed in HIGH and MEDIUM season, due to high occupancy (except in exceptional cases authorized by the Management). In low season will be limited in number and conditional on the capacity of the campsite. They will be subject to the current rate.
• Days not enjoyed: There will be NO discount or refund in case of delay on the arrival day or early departure of the days stipulated in the reservation contract.
• No show: booking will remain confirmed until 12:00 afternoon next day of your contracted check in date. After this deadline time, your booking deposit will be not refunded.

CANCELLATIONS AND BOOKING CHANGES

The person who makes the reservation undertakes to read these general contracting conditions, with payment of the deposit being a sign of acceptance of these as well as the internal regulations of the Camping.
